We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or payment verification issues.

We will send you an order confirmation SMS once your order has been placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if necessary.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products within India. Shipping timelines vary based on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, transportation issues, or customs clearance. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery if delivery fails due to incorrect address or your unavailability.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return policy allows you to return or exchange products within the timeframe specified on our Returns page. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
